Strada 1200 is excited to announce that throughout the month of May, we’ll be on the lookout for residents who get “caught” doing random acts of kindness—Whoop! 🎉

We will be o the look out for kind-hearted residents and the lucky folks will receive a $50 rent credit for spreading positivity and making our community shine a little brighter.

In celebration of Earth Day on April 22, we’re excited to offer each household a complimentary starter tomato plant!

To reserve your plant, please RSVP by Friday, April 17. Plants will be available for pickup on Wednesday, April 22nd.

Please note that your starter plant will need to be replanted in a larger container or garden bed to help it grow healthy and strong.
