The things we could say about these two 🫶🏽🏡✨

The journey with these dear friends and clients of ours wasn’t just buying a new house — they sold a home of 31 years, beat out multiple offers on a new one that checked all the boxes, and closed on their their new home together right after saying “I do” 💍🎉.

Navigating back-to-back closings with a wedding in between is no small feat, and watching it all come together for two people we genuinely adore made every late night and detail worth it.

Beyond the love story, this transaction had some serious highlights worth sharing:

🏆Won a multiple offer situation without overpaying. Creative negotiation meant the home appraised above their purchase price, protecting their equity from day one.

🔑Coordinated closings in tandem. Got their home sale pending just in time to put in a competitive offer on the new one (all timed around the most special part… their wedding🤍).

These two took a chance on me four years ago when I first began my journey in real estate. This time around, my team helped them sell the very same condo I once handed them keys to 🗝️

Here’s a few things this sale taught me about myself and our business:
✨ There’s so much value in relationships—we get to be there for our clients through every chapter—from buying their first home with a baby on the hip, to a growing fam of 5 onto bigger things, new states, job promotions, and evolving goals. How cool is that. It’s a part of my why.
✨ We love helping our clients feel supported and at ease. Call me a nerd, but it is so fun for me to problem solve my way through transactions and use creative thinking. These clients were out-of-state, were self-managing it as a rental, had tenants preparing to move out, and wanted to be sold before facing vacancy costs. We took care of all of that.
✨ Loan assumptions are not just unicorns—we hear about them, we talk about them, we imagine how nice they must be—but they actually can be done! In this case, my clients secured their goal of an over-asking purchase price, maximizing their net from the sale, and the buyers benefited from an attractive interest rate. I learned we can do hard things.
