Closing week, but this home never touched the market. 👀

Here’s the part people don’t usually see though: off-market doesn’t mean no work. With our seller self-managing the property from out-of-state, there was nobody local to take care of tenant move-out and property preparation. So we filled in the gaps - coordinating repair work, showings, property clean-out, and yes, mowing and pulling weeds so the home could change hands. I’m just grateful to witness that things always seem to come together in God’s perfect timing.
