This is more than just a transaction, this is personal, because this buyer means so much to me.

We were actually in contract with a home prior to this, but unfortunately fell out of contract for all the right reasons! I believe everything happens for a reason and a few weeks later we found this beauty. Gods timing!

It brought me such joy when this special buyer decided to make an offer and so I took the time to attach a note about this beautiful family who will love and enjoy this home. I sent the offer in and with the amazing help of my amazing lender we got our buyers offer accepted 🙌🏽.

Now to the finish line we go 🫶🏽

First and foremost congratulations to our client!!!

We got this client’s offer accepted for a duplex, but because of major issues with the home we advised him to terminate it. As discouraging as that was at the moment a few days later we found this 4-plex sitting on the market at 1.25 MM. We checked it out again and saw a price drop to 1.125 MM and we moved quickly on it . We had to beat out another offer that didn’t have their 1031 property sold yet. We got an offer accepted for 1.05 MM after some really fun negotiating. We weren’t done yet, got an additional 2k credits to help the transition for this buyer to first time 4-plex owner. That is 77k in savings!!
