✨ 🏡 Just Closed!! Congrats are in order for my client’s, Bob and Connie!!
After giving multiple virtual home tours, we made an offer on this dreamy Benicia home! After 2 days of negotiations with the seller their offer was accepted. It was only after that Connie was able to see the home in person- talk about a nail biter. Bob still hasn’t seen their new home in person all this time…if that isn’t marriage goals idk what is 😂

This 106 year old historic Dixon home was love at first sight for my military buyers. Buying an older home with a VA loan can be difficult, but we quickly addressed the needed repairs amidst the holiday season, and were able to close in a month!

With a pending deployment, my buyers needed to quickly find a home to settle into before having to leave. It was so important that they had a home to come back to after their assignment 🇺🇸❤️
