✔️ Propane tank freshly painted

A crazy full week of work after work, long days, and a lot of progress. The guys spent most of the time underneath the house. This place is already starting to take shape, and we’re feeling good to be on track for an early to mid-June completion date! 📅 🙌

Grateful to be tackling this as a family project—alot of sweat equity and ❤️ heart going into this future rental! 💸

After over a year of searching, dreaming, and staying patient, we finally found our slice of heaven right here in the Hartley/Allendale neighborhood of North Vacaville 🌿🚜 and moved in over Easter Weekend ✝️ We absolutely love living here. The days are longer, relaxed and room to run!!

Our new country home almost caught fire last night!!! A sparking and crackling outlet in the living room caused quite a scare! Plastic smelling smoke filled the living room. We immediately shut off the breaker. Then a wet substance started dripping down the wall... Upon further inspection this am...this slimy buggar has slithered his way into the electrical socket!!! Apparently their slime is highly conductive. Frightening and funny at the same time! Fried escargo anyone? Time for Have you ever had a slug in your electrical outlet??? 🐌

We had an absolute blast at **Career Day 2026**! 🎉🏡 🏫

Teaching students about what it’s like to be a lender and a real estate agent made for such a fun and inspiring day. Our “open house” was a huge success—complete with some of the most creative dream homes we’ve ever heard of!

What features are trending with our future buyers? ✨Mansions made of gold and diamonds! ✨ 💎

We loved hearing all about their dream homes while also introducing them to the real side of real estate—like credit scores, the home buying process, and how to find that perfect place to call home. And it sounds like many already have their eyes set on relocating to Los Angeles! 🌴 🌞

At the end of the day, we made real estate fun, exciting, and something to look forward to—just like it should be!! Complete with a wacky inflatable open house sign, treats for the kids and a true enthusiasm for what we do...making hime buying dreams come true!
