My clients bid tens of thousands above list price for this home in a newer development. They were outbid by a buyer who bid tens of thousands higher than that. This market is INSANE. I always tell my clients two things: If you don't win the bid, it wasn't your house to win, and ultimately, a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. - An so we move on.
