It was a nice experience at the North Bay Realtors Association meeting this morning in Napa, where I was accetped and able exposed my new listing, which was put on Realtor tour. Unfortunately offering a tamale lunch and $50 drawing Not One Realtor/Associate was able to SHOW UP within a 3 hour time period. Little disappointed, however also, received a low ball offer as well from an investor. I love doing all it takes to market a property and promote it to the best of my ability. Really? be a good doer in life and it will provide the best result for all ~ No Matter what A Realty ONE Group FOX Realtor goes over and above!!!
