Hello Everyone, I am calling top producing realtors today at 2:00 PST.
These agents will be:
1/ Closing at least 6 buyside transactions per month.
2/ Have a trackable record of their success.
3/ Completely unknown to me and visa versa.
I will be asking:
1/ For first crack at their all their buyers going forward.
2/ For them to make calls.
3/ Use me as their primary loan officer of choice.
If ever there was a recipe for disaster this is it! This should crash and burn! I'm going to do this live for your enjoyment, on speaker for you to hear!
