My husband and I moved to Steamboat from Vail after looking for a better place to raise our family. We wanted a town that has a world-class ski resort but also has a strong community with a small town feel and a rich history. After looking in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and other resorts in Colorado, Steamboat was top of our list and the top resort community to raise a family. My interest in the real estate market started at an early age. Just out of college, I bought my first home and soon after, bought my first investment property. Over the last 11 years, I have gained experience in investment properties ranging from fix and flips to property management. As my personal real estate business grew, I decided to help others grow though real estate whether it is through investment properties or finding the right house for a growing family.
