You don’t always get a second chance to make a first impression when selling a home.

Buyers are taking in the overall experience from the moment they walk through the door—and small distractions can make it harder for them to picture themselves living there.

Before listing, take an objective look at your home through a buyer’s eyes. What might distract them? What feels unfinished? What could make the home feel less inviting than it actually is?

The goal isn’t to make your home perfect or erase all personality. It’s to create a clean, comfortable, neutral backdrop where the home itself gets the attention.

And in a competitive market, buyers are also comparing your property with everything else available at the same price.

Sometimes the details are what make them stay. Sometimes they’re what make them leave. 👀

Feeling especially grateful for every referral, introduction, and message. 🤍

As the holiday season gets closer, I’m looking forward to helping more people find a place to call home in the Vail Valley—whether that’s a first home, a new chapter, or simply the right place to spend the season together. 🏔️🏡

Thank you for continuing to trust me and send friends, family, and connections my way. It truly means more than you know.

If I wanted a home in Eagle Ranch that checked almost every box… I’d start here.

55 Ewing Street brings together the things buyers ask for most: a great location, generous living space, thoughtful updates, and a backyard made for enjoying Colorado summers.

Just steps from trail access and around the corner from the dog park, with Eagle Ranch schools, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Inside, you’ve got room for everyday life, guests, work, movie nights, and everything in between—with the major updates already taken care of.

Where you live in the Vail Valley can shape your everyday life just as much as the home you choose.

Maybe you want to walk to dinner and après. Maybe you need parks and space for the kids. Maybe your ideal Saturday involves a trail, a river, or a bike ride.

That’s why I always encourage buyers to choose the community first, then the house.

Vail Valley has so many different personalities—from the energy of Vail to the small-town character of Minturn and the more residential feel of Eagle Ranch.

The right fit depends on your routine, priorities, and the lifestyle you want to create.

Which one sounds most like you? 👇

**July brought some encouraging movement to the Eagle County market. 🏔️📊**

Compared with July 2025, both sales activity and gross volume increased, while year-to-date numbers are also tracking ahead of last year.

The luxury market continues to be a significant part of the story, with **13 residential sales over $5M in July alone** and 54 so far this year.

At the same time, buyer activity continues to come from a mix of local, out-of-state, and Front Range purchasers.

The bigger takeaway? **The Eagle County market isn’t one-size-fits-all.** Different communities, property types, and price points are behaving differently—which makes understanding the local data especially important.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in the Vail Valley, I’m happy to help you understand what these numbers actually mean for your specific situation.
