Led Gardner/Award Winning Broker/Covered Bridge Office/Vail Village Award Winning Luxury Broker / Former Branch Broker / Manager, Covered Bridge & Four Seasons Offices Enjoying your Vail Valley dream home is great fun.

“For anyone needing a highly motivated, hard-working, honest and ethical professional in real estate, I would urge you to consider Led Gardner.”

If you were to ask around town, Led's clients would tell you that he has made his mark in Vail Valley luxury real estate by way of superior service, high-quality marketing, intense focus and a warm, personal approach to his business. Sharing the Vail lif

estyle while helping his clients pursue their Colorado dream is one of Led's favorite pastimes. It is also the reason that many of his clients become good friends... and many of his friends become clients! Following tenures at Xerox Corporation and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in Nashville, Tennessee, Led found himself asking the question "If I could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?" Having had close ties to the Rocky Mountains since his youth, Led first made a part time move to Vail 32 years ago, in February of 1989. Moving to the Vail Valley full time in 1998, Led quickly established a successful reputation in the luxury real estate market. After a decade of success as both broker and lead partner in smaller, boutique brokerages, Led's desire to best serve his clients' ultimately led him to the flagship 230 Bridge Street/Vail Village office of Slifer, Smith & Frampton. In conjunction with the company's deep pool of successful broker associates, marketing resources and customer support, Led's personal experience in developing, brokering and investing in resort real estate has positioned him well to serve the specialized needs of a very discerning, high-end clientele. Led's tenure with Slifer, Smith & Frampton has proved fruitful, resulting in numerous accolades within the company. Included are #1 broker in his 230 Bridge Street office, consistent Top 5, Top 10 and Top 20 rankings amongst the company's 140+ brokers in Eagle County, and recipient of the company's cherished Brokers Choice Award (three times) and Standards of Excellence Award (twice). This track record led to his being hired as the Branch Broker/Manager of his top-producing Bridge Street office in 2015, where he led a talented team of 26 successful brokers while also continuing to broker the sale of mountain property. Recently retired from his management role, Led looks forward to continued work with his valued clientele... and to more time on his skis! Giving back to his profession, and his community, is another passion. Led has served two terms as a Director of the Vail Board of Realtors, six years as a Trustee on the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival board, Council member and two-term President of his church, and two-term President of his own Homeowners Association, as well as serving on several other boards, property owner associations and marketing and development committees. Serving as a mentor via his leadership role in local Mens Fraternity groups in years past (www.mensfraternity.com) has been another meaningful activity for Led. Now in his mid-60's (Gulp!), Led remains most grateful to have the opportunity to conduct business, and to have raised his family, in this beautiful part of the world. Led and Connie, his wife and "Colorado Dream Girl" of 29 years, thrive on the many activities that surround them, with a special passion for skiing and biking. Looking back over the past 32 years in the Vail Valley brings about a sense of heartfelt gratitude, something Led enjoys sharing with his clientele, family and friends. Yet its acquisition and eventual sale are serious business. Helping you accomplish your Colorado dreams is Led's business. He looks forward to the opportunity to be of service to you and your family.
