Page grew up in both Ohio and Michigan and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy. Upon arriving in the Vail Valley in 1993, she was employed in the legal department for Vail Resorts, and subsequently worked for 5 years as an accountant for the Cordillera Homeowner's Association and Metro District. This exposure to the Vail Valley's real estate developments and community associations inspired her to embark on a career as a real estate broker. She attained her Colorado Real Estate License in 1998 and her Graduate REALTOR Institute designation in 2000. Page started and developed Berg Real Estate in 1998, a successful boutique firm in the Vail Valley. After growing her business exponentially, she joined forces with Prudential Colorado Properties in 2005, a larger company with broad exposure and varied opportunities. Her career portfolio incorporates a wide range of real estate transactions, including sales of luxury homes and resort homes, investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, and the sale of new development properties (retail, industrial, light industrial). She is the primary and advising listing broker on a 15-unit townhome development located at the base of Beaver Creek. Page was also the exclusive Listing Broker for a 40 acre, 18 lot, light-industrial subdivision near the Eagle County Airport. This subdivision sold out in three years, with Page bringing 30% of the Buyers. In her "free" time, Page is managing a busy family life with her husband, Michael, a Vail native, their three children: Hanna, John and Sawyer and their golden-doodle: Bailey. Page also loves to ski with her family, play tennis, do Pure Barre, compete in long-distance running races and completed her first marathon in 2011.
