Cut down on using your credit cards. When it comes to the Pre-Approval process for a loan to purchase a home, one detail that lenders look at is your credit card utilization. If this is considered to be "too high" then it's a great chance that it is hurting your credit score which hurts your chances at being Pre-Approved for a home loan.

It is best to use UNDER 30% of your credit limit. Example: if your credit limit for your card(s) is $1k then it is best to keep the utilization to under $300. The lower the better.

There are many contributions to how fast a home will stay on the market and how fast you can become a homeowner after being pre-approved by your lender. Being in a or a are key ways to both.

Buyer's Market- Is when there are more homes (supply) in a particular market than it is people looking to buy(demand) which creates an advantage for the buyer when it comes to the negotiations of a home. This creates a Buyer's Market

Seller's Market- Happens when there are more buyers in the market (demand) than homes being sold (supply). This gives the sellers an advantage when it comes to the selling of the property. This creates a Seller's Market
