It was an early day for us. I was out the door at 7a and got home at 6p. This baby missed her mama!

After 4 YEARS of helping my buyers look for property in the RIGHT LOCATION, it looked like a lost cause! They had pretty much given up and stopped looking. They randomly checked a notification from zillow when this hit the market! They called me! I had only been out of surgery a few days! They picked me up and off we went!! The LOCATION and land was perfect! It wasn't the house of their dreams but they could make it their own with the help of Rusty Thorton!

Besides the fact that this was the smoothiest sale of my entire career, it was the FIRST one with my broker, Chris Russell, Broker/Owner of The American Dream 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙! It was easy peasy!
Gretchen Johnson with Renasant Bank rocked the loan process for the buyers, and we slide into home at Coleman Talley for a great closing!!!

This thing was in my yard in broad daylight yesterday. It's my 3rd daylight sighting but the first time I had my phone to capture it! 🤯😲🦉

Last week I had the sweetest closing. 🥰
The Fradestin's from S FL have made Valdosta home! They were so sweet to work with and so grateful that Jennifer McCranie with BankSouth Mortgage, and I made their home buying dreams come true! I told them we were glad to help guide them and walk them through the process, but they made it come true!
Welcome to Valdosta!!

Thank you Markesia Lucas, listing agent and Bilky and Laurel at Langdale Vallotton for always being fabulous!

Florida closings back to back! Orange Park on Thursday and St. Augustine on Friday...and some beach time to boot at Ponce Inlet with great friends who have waited on my gimpy-self hand and foot, while still recouping from shoulder surgery!

So happy for Larry Hendricks and Melissa Hendricks coming back home to FL from TN! Whoohooo!!! These precious folks started out as clients but quickly became friends!! We are going to grill those steaks!

Captain Jack Zaruba Schooner Freedom Charters, Inc., what a ride!!
Tickled for you! It was anything but a normal real estate transaction, but man, it makes the closing that much sweeter!
