🏡😌 JUST SOLD at 925 Heron Lane, Lake Park ❤️

This one had a few more moving parts than most! I started out representing the sellers, then transitioned into working with their relocation company, and somewhere along the way I received a call from out-of-state buyers who wanted my help with the purchase as well 😌👏🏼

There were A LOT of details to coordinate, A LOT of communication between all sides, and definitely a few moments that kept me on my toes 🤪🫣 but today we made it to the closing table, and everyone walked away happy! 🏡❤️ Those are the closings that make all the work worth it.
