Happy Closing Day!!
Bitter Sweet on this one. 😢/😊This home is in my neighborhood, so it’s always sad to loose neighbors and really sad I never really got to get to know them prior to the sell, but it’s exciting to be able to meet new neighbors! Thank You, Mitzi and Craig Parrish for allowing me to sell your family home with so many memories in it! And thank you Kelly Robbins, Tara Rountree Purvis along with Barry Chapman and the girls for a great closing! Not all closings are created equal but with team work and Fed Ex we did it again!
