Most agents will tell you whatever it takes to get the listing signed.

I've walked away from listings because the price wasn't right. I've had the uncomfortable conversation about the photos. I've told sellers an offer wasn't good enough even when taking it would have been easier for everyone.

That's not me being difficult. That's me being on your side.

Two closings. Two military families. Lots of gratitude. 🇺🇸🏡

The first home was purchased by military buyers currently stationed in Germany. We toured homes, negotiated the contract, and made it all the way to closing from thousands of miles away. Thanks to a dear friend who served as their POA, everything came together smoothly. They are returning to Moody AFB for another assignment, and I can't wait for them to see their beautiful new home and community in person come July. Thank you to Kelsey Wiggins for working alongside us on behalf of the sellers.

The second closing involved military sellers relocating to beautiful Birmingham, AL for their next assignment. Wishing them all the best as they begin this new chapter. Thank you to Andy Tabor for representing the buyer and helping make it a smooth transaction.

A special thank you to Coleman Talley LLP for handling both closings so seamlessly.
