It’s been a while since I posted a market report of the areas I am currently working in but it gives us a good insight to where we currently are compared to the beginning of this year.

The median list price and median price of new listings are still above what they were in January, despite higher interest rates and falling prices. Although prices still remain high, the days on market have been rising taking longer to sell your home than the hot sellers market we are receding from.

The median rental price however has decreased since the spike earlier this year.

While buyers are more hesitant due to increased mortgage rates, now is a good time to get a deal on a new home. Sellers have been slashing prices and compensating willing buyers.
