In the late 70's to the early 90's I owned an independent real estate appraisal company located in Northridge, Ca. In the early 90's I obtained my real estate brokers license and opened Fred Sands Realtors of Valencia. In 2006 we converted that office to Sotheby's International Realty. In 2009 Sotheby's and Coldwell Banker Vista Realty merged. I am now the owner/broker of Legacy Street Real Estate
in Santa Clarita, CA. For the past several years I have been in the Presidents Circle. This is the top 5% of all the Coldwell Banker agents nationally.
