It appears as if Ben Affleck has moved on.

According to TMZ, the Oscar winner has picked up a $20.5 million mansion in Los Angeles. Blair Chang with The Agency represented the seller, and Santiago Arana with The Agency represented the buyer. Both agents declined to comment.

If Affleck did buy a lavish L.A. home of his own, the transaction took place just weeks after he and Jennifer Lopez officially listed their marital mansion in Beverly Hills for $68 million.

The five-bedroom mansion sits on two-thirds of an acre and was listed in May for $20.5 million. It was sold on July 24 for that exact amount.

We regret to share some very disappointing news. As you all know, we've been working tirelessly to put together an amazing community drive-thru that we've been eager for all of you to experience -- The Haunted Barnyard: Land of Nightmares. But due to a series of unforeseen circumstances that culminated in powerful Santa Ana winds destroying many of the drive-thru's structures and features, we need to cancel The Haunted Barnyard entirely. A large team of people worked day and night for weeks to bring this experience to life. So, as you might imagine, we're devastated by this news.

We're all living through unprecedented times, and this has been a particularly challenging year for The Gentle Barn. COVID forced us to pivot away from many of our previous fundraising activities, and this Halloween experience was our creative way to generate much-needed donations while simultaneously bringing something positive and fun to our community during a difficult time. We're doing everything we can to keep our doors open during this pandemic and to properly care for the nearly 200 rescued animals that have become part of our family. So, again, we're heartbroken by what's happened. We've emailed all ticket holders with more information, so please check your emails.
