I don't push these things out much, but this was a very nice review to receive - from a former real estate agent trying to sell her home herself (For Sale By Owner) that we met while putting out open house signs on the same corner one weekend. Even with over 30 years experience in the industry, she decided she was better off hiring us to handle the sale of her own home. Not only did we take the stress out of the process - allowing her to focus on her move rather than the transaction - we also managed to get her a higher price than she had been asking for as a FSBO. Calling something "win-win" may be obnoxiously cliche, but I'd say this qualifies!
