$1,600,000 We chose the HIP City Vibe for this new listings design. Thoughts👇

Just listed this 2,500 sq ft single-story home in Temple City for $1.6M and we took a little bit of a risk with the design.

Instead of playing it safe… we went very modern and bold with the remodel to match the Southern California vibe.

Completely updated from top to bottom — but the big question is:

Did we make the right design choice for this neighborhood?

Some buyers love the clean, modern look…
Others prefer something more traditional.
