Vallejo doesn’t have enough police - they claim to be understaffed. You may get a police response several days later after the event happened. My car got hit by a drunk driver on January 10, 2024 and he fled on foot. Today is January 11, 2024 and the police hasn’t shown up and the drunk driver’s car is still sitting in the middle of a busy one way street - only in Vallejo where there is no police and City Hall and the Mayor don’t care!!!

How would you feel if you found out that one of your neighbors is feeding a colony of stray cats under your quadplex unit? Winter is coming and cats are multiplying, rotting food and f***s are piling up. Disease, bad smell, bigger predators are all attracted to this type of situation. What would you do about this?
Please make sure that all the openings under your house are closed and stay closed. If you have feral cats that you care for, please get them fixed. If the situation is too much for you to handle- please email Collins Management.
