Wildflower should be finished with construction with the first phase of 16 homes by end of July. You are welcome to drive by and see them but we do not have models available to view.

The sales team will reach out to registered buyers next month regarding qualifications. Phase 2 has not started construction yet.

We thank everyone for their patience. Everyone who registered still has an opportunity to purchase. We are all looking forward to starting closing escrows asap.

We have construction updates!

⭐ Trenching for foundations is complete.
🎉 The wood forms for foundations are also complete. This is the wood framing that holds the concrete in.
✔️ Underground plumbing (plumbing that is within foundation) is complete and next up is back-fill and grading (steel and sand) to prep for concrete.
💥 Concrete pouring is set to start soon.

The green dirt you will see in the photos is dirt that has been sprayed for BMPs (Best Management Practice) and is used to control stormwater runoff from the construction site.
