I can’t even get past this perfect plate to order anything else. “Paradise Jerk” in Valley Stream, NY has arguably the best food, especially for the price. Jerk chicken, rice & peas w/ curry goat gravy, cabbage, sweet plantains, scotch bonnet & jerk sauce, 1 beef/ 1 chicken patty gonna slap every single time!!!!! #

Inspection days are important. Especially for first time buyers. I have to have the best inspectors/ engineers checking for moisture behind walls, carpenter ants, termites, roof leaks, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, boiler, water tank and water pressure, electrical system. None of these things will be perfect, but you will know how much life you have left, and of course any actual hazards that may kill the mortgage.
