Welcome to A Thru Z’s Piano Service — and thank you, Northeast Ohio, for a wonderful career in the piano industry since 1980.
As I transition into retirement, I am now offering selective piano service on a part‑time basis. I will provide in‑home tuning, repairs, cleaning, appraisals, and inspections Tuesday–Friday with limited appointment times at 9:30 AM or 11:30 AM.
After 45+ years in piano sales, moving, and concert piano rentals, I am fully retiring from those parts of the business.
Communication & Scheduling
To keep things efficient and avoid confusion, all business is conducted through email only.
No phone calls, no office staff, no back‑and‑forth — just a simple, streamlined process:
Email your service request
Include a few pictures of the piano (inside and out)
Provide a brief service history and complete address
You will receive a fast, clear response with pricing or next steps. I don’t like service people who don’t get back to me either — you will always hear from me and If I’m unavailable, you’ll know right away so we don’t waste each other’s time.

Service is available within 20 miles of my shop:

Include a few pictures of the piano (inside and out).
Provide a brief service history, name brand, if possible serial number.
