Ray grew up in a family-run, construction business in rural Ohio where he developed significant experience in, and a passion for, renovating and restoring older homes. Wanting to get out of the cold, he graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Advertising Management and fled to the sunshine and beaches of Southern California. Once established in LA, he spent 20+ years helping Fortune 1000 c
ompanies navigate the complexities of launching digital marketing initiatives and ensuring they met their demanding campaign objectives, all under extremely tight deadlines. Price negotiation, creative approval, exclusive contract negotiation and working with legal counsel, all with the highest levels of confidentiality, were a daily part of life in this role. The most critical skill developed over these years was his ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved to keep the paperwork flowing, approval deadlines met and campaigns launching on time, a skill that would later prove invaluable. After owning, remodeling, and selling multiple properties, Ray works with buyers and sellers at every level, but particularly likes working with first time buyers, who might be a bit intimidated by the process, or inhibited by the prospect of a “fixer”. Nothing excites him more than walking through a home that needs a little TLC and helping buyers visualize how to turn it into a valuable gem and a sanctuary for family and friends. Having negotiated hundreds of contracts, Ray is also well equipped to help sellers secure top dollar for their property in today’s extremely competitive market. At the forefront of internet marketing and technology, Ray joined eXp Realty where he can fully leverage his years of tech platform experience to quickly maximize results for both buyers and sellers, and greatly reduce the stress often associated with this process. Give him a call if you just want an update on market conditions, understand the value of your current home or are ready to be a first-time homeowner. It can be a lengthy process, so you need to start with a plan, whether you are ready now, or six months from now, get the conversation started!
