One week into life with our baby boy, and somehow real estate is still moving right along. 🤍🏡

An offer accepted in Valparaiso, pending in Munster, and officially SOLD in Dyer, all while I’ve been soaking up newborn snuggles and adjusting to this brand-new season of life.

This home was marketed as an Office Exclusive for just 8 days and during that time, we secured a fantastic offer before it was ever listed publicly.

So why did we choose this strategy?

My sellers had family in town and wanted to enjoy their summer without the stress of constant showings, open houses, and having to leave at a moment’s notice. They also didn’t want to lose valuable weeks waiting to list.

An Office Exclusive allowed us to privately market their home within our brokerage network while keeping their home life as normal as possible. It gave us the flexibility they needed while still putting the property in front of serious, qualified buyers.

And in this case… it worked.
