closing days like today are the ones that remind me why I love what I do so much 🤍

we started the day closing on my clients home they were selling… after just ONE day on the market, we received 4 amazing offers 🥹 ultimately, my amazing team member Missy Green came in with a super strong offer + an amazing lender behind it (thank you Mitch!!!💪🏼). truly one of the smoothest transactions from start to finish and Missy brought the sweetest buyers!! I’m so happy for my sellers that they were able to close this chapter stress free and feel so confident moving into the next one.

THEN… we closed on their beautiful new home in Aylesworth 🏡 This neighborhood is everything. pool days, walking trails, playgrounds, gazebos, fire pits, and so many little moments waiting to happen there. I already know this home is going to hold so many memories for them and their family.

these are the clients that remind me real estate is so much more. it’s people, excitement, nerves, fresh starts, happy tears, and getting to walk alongside someone during such a huge chapter of their life.

Two incredible homes. Two happy clients. Two accepted offers this weekend 💪✨

The Hammond home was full of charm with the dreamiest natural light and open spaces throughout. The Valparaiso home brought the space, the neighborhood, and so much potential for the my buyer to make it her own.

Both homes had 3+ offers on the table… and we came out on top on BOTH 🙌🏡 (it truly felt like year 2021 all over again lol)
