I wanted to take a moment to celebrate these two, Natalie & Logan! I am usually pretty good with words, but they seem to escape me with these two, because all I have been able to muster is “I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!” and that is so dang true!

They contacted me on New Years asking about a house (I had toured several months earlier with other clients), and I knew instantly it was not for them. They gave me a brief idea of what they were looking for, and this was the ONE house I felt ticked those boxes. Yowza, did I get that one perfectly! One house, one showing & less than a month to closing! As soon as they walked in, they knew it was for them - making my job SUPER easy! We also had a great lender in our court, who got them preapproved at 10pm at night!
Home ownership has become so much harder for first time home buyers, so it was truly an honor and a privaledge to work with Natalie & Logan, in securing their very first time! Thank you for your trust in me, and allowing me to guide you, and advocate for you!

Selling real estate can feel effortless when the circumstances are simple.
When a home is priced low, when the offer is cash, when there’s no other property tied to the move—those journeys are straightforward.
