This closing is a perfect example of why experience, preparation, and staying calm under pressure matter in real estate.

Then came the final walkthrough.
The sellers decided to take the refrigerator, stove, and washer. Most people would see that as another problem. I saw an opportunity. ๐Ÿ’ช
After some quick negotiations, I secured an additional $2,000 in seller concessions on top of the concessions we had already negotiated in the original purchase agreement. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
The best part? My client actually preferred the cash because the appliances were outdated and now she can pick out exactly what she wants for her new home.
