✅ Negotiated the price from $389,000 down to $380,000. 💰
✅ Got the seller to cover my entire buyer agent compensation. 🙌

We just celebrated my seller client successfully closing on his home, and next week we'll be celebrating again when he closes on his new one! 🔑🏡 The goal isn't just selling a house. It's helping clients move into the next chapter of their lives.
