Terry Voltz is a strong entrepreneurial minded individual with an extensive background in sales, insurance and construction. From 2010 to present, Terry has been focused on growing his knowledge and experience in the insurance and contracting industries. Terry delivers experience within design and sales of residential and commercial construction. He is able to provide excellent customer service to
all clients. Terry attended LaPorte High School and moved into the workforce very quickly to start building his career in construction. He started with a small contracting company specializing in roofing, doing door to door sales and quickly grew into a lead salesman for the company. After this quick growth Terry began a business partnership and eventually grew from that venture into a sole proprietor staying in the construction industry. In 2 years, Terry gained access to the commercial industry and has worked on multi-million dollar projects. Terry has been involved within the contracting field in North West Indiana since 2010. He has established relationships with local contractors and in the insurance field as well. Terry's most recent addition to his skill sets has been working in the photography industry. He has access to multiple services from hi-definition photography to 4k aerial footage. Terry will be using all of the past experience, knowledge, skills and resources to build a much stronger career in his journey into the Housing Market. Terry believes there should be no issue supplying potential clients with every resource they may need throughout the entire buying and selling process. His ultimate goal is to create life-long relationships in every aspect to give the best possible experience to each and every person he has the honor of working with.
