This closing was a special one.
A few months ago, I received a referral from owners who had spent nearly 25 years building their auto body business. Their dream was simple: retire, enjoy life, and eventually move closer to their grandbabies.
What many people don’t know is that they had actually listed this property a few years ago—before we met—and despite receiving a few offers, they were all lowball offers that never came together.

After some tough negotiations, we successfully closed on an all-cash offer that met their goals. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a business they’ve poured their hearts into for decades, they’re excited for this next chapter of retirement and being closer to family.
