💰 Owner Payments: Monthly owner payments will be initiated Tuesday, as the 10th falls on a weekend and Monday is a holiday.

Prevention is key!
🔧 Once a month:
✅ Turn HVAC OFF
✅ Pour about 1 cup of bleach into the condensation line
✅ Wait 30 minutes
✅ Flush with hot water
✅ Turn HVAC back ON

💧 Watch for signs of a clog:
❌Water near your HVAC unit
❌Thermostat goes blank
❌A/C isn’t blowing cold air
❌A/C turns on and off intermittently
