Operation Lend A Hand to serve a FREE breakfast at Dogwood Park TOMORROW Friday Aug 14

Operation Lend A Hand—a nonprofit based in Walkerton, Ind., and specializing in disaster relief—will be serving a FREE breakfast at Dogwood Park for as many as 300 to 400 people from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. TOMORROW, Friday, Aug. 14.

Operation Lend A Hand’s founder, Reese Weil, told the Town of Chesterton that his organization has provided disaster relief in the South following hurricanes and in the Midwest following tornadoes. “We’re no stranger to it,” Weil said.

The breakfast meal has not yet been finalized but there should be something on the menu for everyone.

Bring your family, let your neighbors know, and enjoy a respite from a hellish week.

Happy Closing Day to my first time home buyers!! 🥳🏡💙 As much as I’d love to have experienced & said this transaction was smooth sailing for my clients & I…the reality is that it most definitely was not. I’m grateful for the trust my buyers put in me & I’m proud of the concessions & repairs that I negotiated & secured for them but WHEW 😅 I think we all need a vacation after this one!

Despite everything we made it to the closing table today! I’m so excited for them & this new chapter of their lives! Cheers to a fresh start & a brand new beginning! Things can only go up from here! 💙
