Thinking about waiting until spring to sell?
That can sound logical. More buyers come out, the weather improves, and traditionally spring gets a lot of attention.
But more sellers often come out too.
The better question isn’t, “What month should I list?” It’s:
What strategy gives my home the strongest position in the market?
Timing matters, but so do inventory, competition, pricing, preparation, and what buyers are doing right now.
If a move is even a possibility in the next 6–12 months, this is a good time to start the conversation. There’s no pressure to list—just value in knowing your options before you need to make a decision.
