Where do we even begin?! If you’ve ever walked into the office needing help with literally anything, chances are Candace was already three steps ahead figuring it out before you even asked. From keeping the chaos organized, managing office operations, solving problems behind the scenes, answering a million questions a day, handling fires before anyone even notices them, and somehow STILL managing to make everyone feel supported… she truly does it all. Candace wears more hats around this office than anyone probably realizes, and she does it with grace, patience, kindness, and a smile (most of the time 😂).

And honestly… one of her greatest accomplishments deserves special recognition: putting up with Mike Tezak shenanigans day in and day out 🤣 That alone deserves an award. The patience level? Elite.

But beyond all the work she does, Candace brings so much heart into this office. She makes people feel welcomed, cared for, and supported. She works incredibly hard behind the scenes without asking for recognition, and that says so much about the kind of person she is.

We are so thankful for everything you do, the energy you bring, the countless things you juggle, and the care you pour into this team every single day.
