The early successes enjoyed by Matty and I have not occurred by happenstance or “good luck”. In fact, we can attribute our success to one basic principle: HUSTLE AND GRIND! I admit that my legal background - combined with my incredible experience at JPMorgan - have been invaluable in all areas of real estate. Most importantly, my ability to engage in “arms length negotiations” in forming an agreement that is in the best interests to ALL PARTIES (not solely my client) is solely attributable to my experience JPMorgan. As I learned at JPM, there will never be two identical transactions and my approach to each transaction - regardless if I’m representing buyer or seller - must reflect that understanding. In so doing, I can provide unequivocal assurance that I will competently represent the best interests of my clients - while keeping those of the opposing party in mind - with the highest standard of care!

The two areas of real estate that Matty & I specialize - in addition to traditional duties - involves (1) Credit Repair, and (2) Land Contracts. In briefly detailing my experiences with land contracts, I gained a firm competence and understanding of the subject matter during my Land Contracts course at law school . I have been able to apply my learning and understanding of Land Contracts to my real estate practice. *My legal background and experiences have provided me the tools to review and extrapolate from applicable Indiana caselaw the various holdings and rules of law concerning land contracts in Indiana . Matty and I can proudly exclaim that a handful of our 30 closings have been land contracts! (*I am not yet a licensed attorney and CANNOT provide any legal advise. Any question/issue that is legal in nature, I refer to my attorney*).

The most profoundly rewarding area of my real estate practice is my work as as a Credit Repair Specialist. Matty & I have partnered with incredible credit repair specialists who continue to do amazing work improving credit to allow someone to secure financing to purchase a home. In fact, 8-of-the-30 closings Matty and I have enjoyed since early 2017 are directly linked to credit repair. It is the collaborative efforts of the credit repair specialists, the lender, myself and the clients (most importantly) working alongside each other that has allowed for such amazing results thus far.

I am also a proud product of Portage High School. After which I attended Western Michigan Law School as well as Wabash College. My motivation to represent clients - combined with my competency of real estate laws - allows me to provide high quality professional service. I possess great familiarity with the complexities often involved in real estate transactions. As such, I am able to provide competent insight regarding various matters including contract interpretation, deeds, zoning ordinances, etc.
