Not only do we serve as a Buyer/Selling Agent by assisting buyers purchasing a home, and Listing Agent assisting sellers, we also specialize in credit repair, commercial real estate, assessment rebuttals, appraisal rebutalls and broker price opinions (BPO). I have successfully negotiated deals totaling over $15.5 million in gross sales. I am sitting for the July 2024 Indiana Bar Exam after attaining my Juris Doctor (JD) from Western Michigan Law School. As a CREDIT REPAIR SPECIALIST, I have guided dozens of buyers in purchasing a home through my proven credit repair process. I have partnered with expert credit repair specialists, loan officers and attorneyse to develop our proven system that has allowed dozens of credit repair clients to own a home! The goal of this company is to implement the proven credit repair process I have used to assist dozens of credit repairs clients purchase a home. As a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS), I am certified and qualified to provide a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) in determing a property’s fair market value. And have provided over 400 certified property valuations since March 2020. After graduating from Portage, I attended Wabash College earning my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature. Followed by receiving my Juris Doctor (JD) from Western Michigan Law School. My legal studies focused primarily in the ares of Real Estate Law, Contract Law, Business Law and Legal Research & Writing. My legal career began with an incredible opportunity and privilege to serve as judicial clerk to a prominent and highly distinguished judge with the Lake County Circuit Court.
