*PARKING ON THE STREET*
Please be considerate if you have to park on the street. Not directly across from another vehicle, not opposite a driveway, not on the grass and not in front of a mailbox or stop sign. Use your garage and driveway whenever possible.
Yesterday a resident thought it was a good idea to park 2 of their vehicles (both pickups) on Daventry, one directly across from the other. Needless to say, only six of the 25 homes on daventry had all of their trash and recycle picked up!
The two trucks were so close together that the refuse trucks could not get through. This is not the first time this has happened on Daventry, Brookville and Portobello. What if it had been the fire department or an ambulance?
