*PARKING ON THE STREET*

Please be considerate if you have to park on the street. Not directly across from another vehicle, not opposite a driveway, not on the grass and not in front of a mailbox or stop sign. Use your garage and driveway whenever possible.

Yesterday a resident thought it was a good idea to park 2 of their vehicles (both pickups) on Daventry, one directly across from the other. Needless to say, only six of the 25 homes on daventry had all of their trash and recycle picked up!

The two trucks were so close together that the refuse trucks could not get through. This is not the first time this has happened on Daventry, Brookville and Portobello. What if it had been the fire department or an ambulance?

The two Amendments that the majority of you voted "YES" for have passed!

Thank you to all of the more than 190 homeowners that took the time to vote.

Thank you to the many, many volunteers of the Preservation Committee that spent the last 3 months collecting proxies/votes.

SLOW DOWN!!!

Bloomingdale Cove is a kid friendly community!!!
Kids are going to ride bikes and they will play in or near the street.

Almost everyone in our community drives cautiously but there are several that don't.

The speed limit in our community is 25 MPH maximum!
Not 30. Not 40. Not 50 MPH.
Slow Down!!!
When you spot children playing you should go much slower than 25 miles per hour. Also when there are cars parked on the street.
Slow Down!!!

Your board will be placing signs at the entrances and throughout the community encouraging all residents and visitors to Slow Down!!!
These are temporary until permanent signs are posted.
