What is really comes down to is neutralizing your home so buyers can envision themselves living there.

✅ Remove family photos, keepsakes, and refrigerator art
✅ Keep clothes hidden away as much as possible
✅ Make sure kitchen and bathroom counters are empty (except soap and a few decorative items)
✅ Put away all toys and anything that doesn't have a specific storage space
✅ Define Rooms - Each room should have a single, defined purpose
