Jason & Saya started their home search with two big priorities: finding a home in a better school district and something with a more open, updated layout.

We actually went under contract on a different house first.

But the appraisal came in low, and after trying to negotiate, the numbers just didn’t make sense for them. So we made the call to walk away.

Not the easiest moment during a home search.

But a little while later we found this home. From the second they walked in, you could tell it was the one.

✔️Fully updated.
✔️Open layout.
✔️Great area for their family.

Sometimes the first house isn’t the right one… and that’s okay.
