What’s the most UNDERRATED feature? 👀

We spread Joel, Josh, and Nathan throughout one of our newest suites and asked each of them to pick just one.

❄️ Joel: The R-30 insulation helping keep the warehouse comfortable, even in the Texas heat.

☀️ Josh: All the additional windows and glass, bringing in tons of natural light and making the offices feel bigger, brighter, and more open.

🚪 Nathan: The commercial glass front door, giving businesses another opportunity to add their signage and branding right at the entrance.

Three different answers, but they’re all part of what makes these new Phase 2 suites feel that much more professional.

You have 10 seconds… but you CAN’T repeat anything the person before you said! ⏱️😂

We put Joel, Josh, and Nathan to the test at 121 West Phase 2, and apparently the hardest part of the challenge was actually sticking to 10 seconds.

Between the three of them, they managed to highlight quite a bit:
