Most homes in the area have copper water lines. If you find a wet spot in your crawl space look for discolored pipes in the area. Very small pin hole in this line could leak for years before a home owner knows anything is wrong at all.

Recently Ive had two different people tell me their realtor told them they (the home buyer) didnt have a choice on who did their home inspection. If you have someone tell you that, ask them if they will put it in writing! The home inspector works for you (you pay them) all realtors technically work for the seller, (thats who pays them). Who would you trust?

All Ohio licensed home inspectors can do any type of home financing inspection like VA or FHA…. As long as they have an ohio license the inspection they provide will satisfy any type of loan requirements.

If your realtor is following Ohio regulations that control realtors and home inspectors they are simply suposed to give you a list of licensed home inspectors that do business in the area your prospective house is in.
