Remember this one? Well, it’s OFFICIALLY OFF THE MARKET 🥳🥳🥳⠀

This was one of those super easy and calm transactions that come when you work with an experienced agent.⠀
⠀
Buyer was in no hurry and had a timeline of moving in by November 2021. I work for the client so that was no problem for me. ⠀
⠀
After the first meeting, we scheduled home tours that same week. He wrote an offer and was considered for the back up position on a house(which is really good in this market!) ⠀
⠀
The next day we kept looking just in case and found another property. Buyer did a virtual tour with me and his friend and decided to write on that one. ⠀
⠀
What’s crazy is, the first house had a deal fall through and decided to work with my buyer. Now the buyer had options 🤣🤩 (not typical in this market). ⠀
⠀
He wrote an offer on the 2nd home and we were able to get it under contract for less than the purchase price (without competing 🙌🏾) ⠀
⠀
Now he’s happy enjoying his first home and I’m so excited for him!⠀
⠀
