Late summer brought a typical seasonal slowdown in listing volume across SW Washington and Portland, giving active home buyers extra inventory and breathing room heading into fall.
In Clark County, home values showed strong resilience with median prices rising to $575,000 (up 4.6% year-over-year) while pending offer activity held firm. Across the river in Portland, available supply expanded to 3.8 months as new listing arrivals and closed transactions cooled down from July.
