⁠Last week in Clark County, new listings decreased by 21.0% from the previous week. Pending and closed sales both saw positive momentum, increasing by 1.4% and 7.8% respectively. The days on market, average and median sale price all experienced slight increases compared to the week before.

What does this mean for you?

For Sellers: The drop in new listings means less competition for your property right now! Plus, with both average and median sale prices continuing to tick upward and closed sales on the rise, it's clear that motivated buyers are actively closing deals.
