Neighborhood bus stop about to drop just in time for the rain.
Never mind that I started this project 12 months ago and it has taken up a full bay in my shop for that entire time!
Had some excellent help lifting the roof on tonight and was able to get that secured.
Maybe in the next 12 months I will get the sheathing and shingles on?!
One can dream right.

We are on Safari!

We are not making any bookings in July and are on holiday for the entire month. We are sorry to miss this opportunity to work with you during your home purchase. We will be back at it on August 1st.

During the last twelve years, we have flushed 23,000 toilets and filled at least 9,000 bathtubs. We have wriggled through 7000 crawlspaces and attics. We have slung ladders and clambered just as many rooftops. Checked at least 100,000 light switches and outlets and viewed the seals on un-countable double paned windows. From leaking furnace condensate drains, to cracked attic trusses, missing insulation, and failed shower pan drains, we have seen it all! Overall, we have taken and reviewed 2,600,000 photographs!! (Yes, as in Millions!)

Also, since 2019, we’ve snaked our borescopes through 1200 sewer lines and found hundreds of broken pipes with tree roots inside.

Over these last 12 years, we have been trusted by many thousands of families and individuals to help them see the true condition of the home they are buying. We’ve inspected homes across the length and breadth of Washington. Homes that ranged from sparkling new builds to those built 150 years ago.

It’s time for some rest and relaxation, so we are travelling to South Africa, to the Kruger National Park, where we look forward to using our keen inspection eyes spotting that elusive leopard, or a lion kill, or a herd of elephants, zebras, giraffe or buffalo. We will see cackling packs of Hyenas, host Baboons on our car hoods, and have a myriad of birds looking for handouts while we eat lunches. Perhaps we’ll be lucky enough to find a few Rhinos and maybe even some Wild Dogs. And just like during home inspections we expect to take thousands of photographs

Our all-family travel group is 22 people strong - we even have matching shirts!

We cherish the partnerships we've formed and understand that you rely on us whenever you need our services. Well, that's a wrap on another successful Fourth of July party.
This was trip 1 of 6 to put away the stuff!
Our neighbors and us hosted the 18th annual party for our closest 110 friends! It has become a wonderful time, and many families work to make it come together.
What started out as a small lawn party 18 summers ago has become a mega party with candy cannons, a Revolutionary War reenactment, and so much food!
An independent country and freedom from tyranny are so great.
Hope your celebration was happy.
