Rae Master Realtor - Know Vancouver

Rae Master Realtor - Know Vancouver Rae Master, (She/Her) Realtor at Real Broker, LLC. Vancouver WA expert specializing in relocations. Empathy: I understand how heavy these decisions are.

As Bob Dylan once said, The Times They Are a-Changin', and real estate has to keep up. Here are five reasons your buying and selling experiences will be more progressive, exciting, and efficient, working with me:

Technology: My professional background in design and technology is your benefit. From finding the perfect turn-key home to helping you visualize renovation potential, I proactively tap

into digital resources and technology you didn’t even know existed. Communication: First time buyer, that’s not sure how any of this works, wondering if you’re even qualified to buy a home? Seasoned investor that just needs to move the process along, with no frills? I read my audience and cater to every level, from personalized guidance to no-nonsense transactions. Digital Showings: 2020 has called for reinvention of how we do business. I offer live, high-resolution digital showings and walkthroughs, from the comfort of your own home. Sellers, this means your home reaches greater audiences, with less visitors in your space, at no extra cost. The limbo period is stressful; especially when it comes to where you’ll lay your head at night, and one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. That’s not lost on me, and I’m here to offer practical advice, answer every question, and reassure you along the way. Network: My colleagues and resources at Century 21 and beyond are everywhere you want to explore. With constant communication, I may be your main point of contact but all hands are on deck in your process of buying and selling.

Vancouver Fire Marshal: The cause of yesterday’s house fire on 155th Ave in Vancouver was related to overloaded circuit on a Federal Pacific electrical panel. While Federal Pacific breakers trip on short circuits, they are known to fail to trip under overcurrent (overload) conditions. If your home was constructed in the 1980’s, you should check your breaker panel.

Shout out to one of my favorite local businesses, my home away from home, my third space. is hands down the best creative maker space I’ve been a member of, in all my life. I’ve met the most inspiring, fun crew of friends here. And the thing I love most is it’s not focused on any single media or craft. They share a ton of ceramics on their IG but our latest hyper fixation is ice dying. I’m currently sewing new patio seat covers and taking advantage of their huge tables and no toddler toes on my fabric as I try to cut my patterns. There’s a stained glass expert, some of the most incredible illustrators, some folks that come to produce work to sell and some that just do it to express themselves. And one of my favorite things is that when you want to try your hand at something new, it’s pretty likely the supplies are already there, so you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to see if you’re into it or not.

Visit for a Raku firing on a First Friday, take a multi week class, drop in for one-off life drawing, or just visit us on a random day to see what people are up to. It’s an inclusive space for weirdos, and we love it here.

Some wins feel bigger than others. This is one of them.

This buyer worked his ass off to prepare after meeting me for the first time last September. Six months. That’s how long it can go from “not ready” to pending.

His mortgage will be cut in half because we intentionally shopped for a place that would offer rental income.

I knew exactly what he was looking for and we snagged it before they could host an open house.

So if you think you’re not ready, we can still chat. My space is open to people who: are ready, are not ready, don’t know if they’re ready, don’t know what they need to do to get ready, don’t think they’ll ever be ready.

Let’s grab a coffee or cocktail and lay it all out. I’ll share the story about how very unready I was when I bought my first home. Now, in six years I’ve bought four homes. This could be you.

POV: Yours is the best on the block. With designer finishes, two bonus spaces, a zero maintenance turf yard, and an outdoor tv on an electric mount. Not to mention the reassurance it was built by so you’ll have nothing to worry about down the line. 😎

Here’s the deal! We bought a rad little getaway house. It’s an hour and 45 minutes away from Vancouver and has 180 degree bay views with two glass garage doors that look over it. It’s SUPER tranquil. About 30 minutes to Long Beach and Astoria.

We are seeking skill trades in exchange for getaways! Stay there 2 days or 2 weeks, we’re definitely not expecting you to work every day or all the time. Just… pick a couple tasks and get them done! Tile? Paint? Swapping out fixtures? Hanging bookshelves? Flooring? Trim? Drywall? Let me know what you know how to do and let’s make a deal. Dogs welcome. Couples welcome.

I would LOVE to spend a month there doing it all myself but alas, I have a wonderful 2.5 year old that would miss my snuggles and Brio train making skills. Licensed and bonded isn’t required, but responsible and respectful is.

DM me if you’re interested!

Quack! We’re getting ducklings. My friend Erin wasn’t willing to collect and deliver 💩 to my garden so I can have heaps of tomatoes, so let’s be honest, I was left with no choice. And girl math says saving on the cost of eggs makes this a deal I can’t pass up.

At her recommendation we are going to for our chicks. Initially, I wanted white crested ducks with their elegant bouffants, but I’m a researcher and quickly discovered their cute little hats are actually a defect that often leads to neurological issues, including strokes, which my sensi heart can’t handle, nor can I even ethically condone intentionally breeding. So we have a couple other varieties reserved and I’ll be picking them up, sometime next week. Stay tuned for our new family adventure!

The serial entrepreneur in me can’t sleep. A commercial opportunity for $595k right near Uptown? You can even live upstairs and run a business downstairs. I have SO many ideas.

Moving into a new 1920’s home means discovering some unexpected inconveniences. As regular home cooks I don’t think I realized how reliant we were on a hood that exhausts to the exterior… so here it is: Kitchen odors 101. I tried everything… and only one (very unassuming) thing worked! Time to make a cute little ceramic cover for such an ugly little product.
