Yet another great month 🥰 it was super busy with clients and wrapping up summer classes at Clark College but I'm glad there was enough time to make new memories with friends.
- closed 1 house, had 3 in pending, plus a handful of client on boarding
- wrapped up tap and ballet class
- finished my ceramics
- went to Topaz Sunflower farm
- escaped from the escape room
- went to the WA Renaissance Faire
- met up with the monthly dinks group
- catch up with some friends

September barely started but it's already an amazing month!

Labor Day sale! Big price drop on this cutie, now at $250,000. Who has a buyer who wants a low maintenance house with only 1 shared wall and a surprisingly big backyard and a fig tree that's about to pop?
Not sure how old the roof is but the HOA takes care of that (amongst other things) but we did put an official request in to get the roof replaced.

Can't believe July is gone! 😱 this month is filled with indulgence and self care. I used to dance when I was young and wanted to get back into it for a long time. This year, I took the leap and signed up for dance classes 🩰 I met some incredible women and we had our first dance performance amongst toddlers and teenagers. And dare I say that we ate 💅
This month is also a month of new experiences. I signed up for 📸 photography class, 👯‍♀️ tap dance, 🏺 ceramics, and 🩰 ballet. It was a moment of reckless FOMO but I've never had more fun or less sleep. Did I mention that I also got a drastic ✂️ haircut? 🤣 Shout out to Clark College for offering cool classes!
And as usual, we're in Renaissance Faire season so we're in our dress up 🧚‍♀️ and 🏴‍☠️ whimsy era. But I also got to spend time with my favorite people in the world 🥰 and as always, enjoy good food, good drink, good company.
And somewhere in there I got some business done too I supposed 🤪
