When I first got into the biz, the biggest fear I've noticed out of the gate was how uncomfortable many agents are around land sales. Real Estate Misconceptions!!!
The #1 common misconception for this profession is that we are just salespeople. Many that get into the field come in, fully expecting to make hundreds of thousands in commissions with their good looks and cheery personality. More commonly, this profession is much like a trade, with various niches, training, and experience required to succeed effectively 😁 a good agent is one that is constantly learning and upgrading their skills 😎

Feel Good Friday!
