Lead generation is not for the weak 😂 You call people, they’re mean, they hang up on you, report you as spam… then your phone gets shut off…yes that happened!! You name it!! 🤣

So getting TWO leads under contract in ONE week feels like a pretty big win! 🏡🏡

It’s not always fun and it definitely doesn’t always feel like it’s working… until it does. ❤️

This is a BIG change for homeowners who have been hanging onto those 3% and 4% rates. 🙌

Fannie Mae recently made it easier to potentially keep your current home as a rental AND qualify for your next home.

Previously, we often needed a signed lease, deposit and first month’s rent before closing.

Now, in certain situations, we have more flexibility and can use different forms of documentation to support rental income rather than relying solely on a signed lease and security deposit. 🏡

If you’ve been thinking, “I’d love to move, but I don’t want to give up my low rate,” this could be a game changer.

There are guidelines and reserve requirements, of course, but it’s definitely worth a conversation. 😁
