So much development happening in and around Pictured here is Block 10 plaza which is scheduled to open in 2022 with 79k office space, 110 apartment units (20% more affordable housing), it will have 114 parking spaces, and 10k of ground-floor retail space. Who is excited for the growing downtown area?

The Waterfront Renaissance Trail offers a scenic escape for outdoor fans of all levels. The five miles of paved paths and interpretive trails connect the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Vancouver with the Columbia River waterfront. Stops include the World War II-era Kaiser shipyards, the Ilchee Plaza, and the Wendy Rose sculpture.

Salmon Creek Greenway Trail offers a scenic natural getaway in northern Vancouver. The paved, tree-lined trail winds along the creek and through wetlands for 3 miles, offering access to Salmon Creek Park and Klineline Pond on its eastern end.

It’s a kayak season. With so many rivers and lakes right here in Clark County it’s no wonder a very popular recreational sport (go read a very great article published in this growing recreational activity). Here is the top kayak destinations around Clark County.

Kayak Rentals
